Trips that fit into a weekend

My name is Marcel Łuczak and I'm the founder of TripWeekend. It's a space born out of a passion for micro-travel and a desire to share inspiration. For years I've combined exploring the world with my other great passion: creating visual content. I try to capture every trip from the best (and highest!) perspective, often shooting from a drone.

I've always been drawn to the world. From a longer stay in the States with the Camp America program, through planning camper-van routes across Canada, to sailing the Masurian Lakes. Each of those adventures shaped the way I explore new places. Over time I realised you don't have to travel to the other side of the world or wait for a long holiday to experience something amazing. Even a short weekend trip can be special if we open ourselves up to new experiences.

I want this to be more than just a blog. I see it as an initiative that brings together people looking for similar experiences. My goal is simple: to build a community of travellers who don't wait for the perfect moment, but know how to make the most of every weekend. I believe travel is for everyone and within arm's reach. That's exactly the philosophy TripWeekend stands for.
